【Rooms】
- Can I use the Internet in my room?
- Yes, you can connect to Wi-Fi in your room and in the hotel.
- Can I smoke in my room?
- Smoking is not permitted in the entire hotel. Please smoke in the designated smoking areas.
- How can I adjust the heating?
- Please adjust the heating by opening and closing the lid on the left side of the heater near the window.
- Is it possible to stop the noise from the heating?
- Our heating system is steam heating, in which steam is heated in the boiler room and sent to the entire building. Steam heating is prone to the "hammering phenomenon," which occurs when the temperature changes, causing a noise in the steel pipes. To prevent this noise as much as possible, steam pressure is lowered between 22:00 to 7:00 to minimize the noise. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the temperature drop and noise, and ask for your understanding in this matter.
- What about room cleaning for consecutive nights.
- We clean the rooms for consecutive nights using the eco-friendly cleaning, which include collecting garbage, change cups, towels, replenish amenities, clean bathrooms and toilets, and re-clean beds (without changing sheets). Please contact front desk if you wish to have your sheets changed.
- Are there any precautions to be taken against wild monkeys?
- Wild monkeys are sometimes breaks into the guest rooms. Please make sure to lock the windows before leaving your room.
Do not show or give them food.

Do not stare into the monkeys' eyes from close quarters.
